Returns

The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Full refund, no interrogation. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we honour it gladly.

How to start a return

• Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact form, quoting your order reference.
• We will confirm the return address by email.
• Post the item back unworn, with any tags attached. Return postage is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.
• Your refund is processed within 14 days of the item arriving back with us, to the original payment method.

Condition

Post the coat back unworn, with any tags still attached and in its original packaging. We cannot refund a coat that has been worn out or altered, so try it on indoors, over your clothes, before you decide.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange is a return plus a fresh order for the size you need. Our coats run generous, so if the fit is off it is usually a size down; the size guide has the detail. If timing is tight before an event, mention it and we will do what we can.
