How our coats ship

Every Orlava coat is made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Because of that, please allow two to three weeks from order to delivery. We think a coat worth owning is worth the short wait; we would rather be honest about the timing than promise next-day and disappoint you.

United Kingdom

UK delivery is £4.95, or free on orders over £75. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your coat ships. Typical total time from order to doorstep is 10 to 21 days.

International

We ship to Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe for a flat £14.95. International orders typically arrive within 14 to 28 days of order. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

A note on timing

Ordering for a specific date? Order early and allow time for an exchange if the size needs adjusting. The size guide is the best way to get it right first time (our coats run generous, so size down), and the 14-day return window covers the rest.
